"In 2014, researcher Elisabeth Dorier and I were together at Camargo: the beginning of our joint art-science project Marseille Privatopia | Gated Communities.

We are currently finalizing the project, so during the confinement we moved together. I installed my studio on her terrace, with a magnificent view of Notre Dame de la Garde and the city of Marseille. Elisabeth posed for me.

The confinement resonated quite strongly with the idea of "gated communities": staying at home to protect oneself."
